Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
Elliott Wave (elliott-wave.app) is an online course. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it to the minimum the course needs.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- Course progress: which chapters you have completed and your quiz scores, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
- Technical data: your sign-in dates, and the standard request logs our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site.
How we use it
Only to run the course: to sign you in, save your progress, send account emails such as confirming your address or resetting your password, and understand in aggregate how the course is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and storage
We use only what the site needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember progress before you create an account. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes it
- Supabase: accounts and progress, stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Vercel: hosting of the website.
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, your account details and progress are removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing eduewaves@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
